I'm Back!

I would say that this month had been a busy and meaningful month for me and what i'm most satisfied was that I could take many beautiful photos! =D
River Ang Bao Project (19/2/2010, Friday):
A job that was offered to me through my school and the payment rate was $25 for 4 hours from 2pm-6pm (if one could finish in 1 hour, it was still $25!). The task was to head down to marina bay's floating platform and approached people to finish surveys given by the organisor. To finish the task, I had to approach 5 locals and 10 foreigners.
I would say that it was neither a difficult nor easy task for me. It was actually easy to find locals to finish the target as most Singaporeans were there and most of them were willing to stop for our surveys. In contrast, it was difficult to find many foreigners for the survey and the sun was blazing hot! Even though I held an umbrella, I could still feel my poor feet burning underneath! Therefore I would understand why there was a lack of crowd there and I really amired how some tourists who could stand under the hot sun for a long time!
Luckily, the weather changed from sunny to cloudy. Then it was a rather sudden change from cloudy to stormy and a little drizzle started. This sudden drizzle happened at the perfect timing when my friend and I were taking survey from a foreign worker! Thus, we stood under the drizzle for a while to complete the survey and made a dash for shelter! Did you think we would just pause there? After seeking shelter, we continued the job and managed to clear 3 foreigners and 1 local! The whole job took me 1 hour to complete and I was able to reach my own target of finishing in 1 hour for $25! Hoho..

Lets backtrack to thursday (18/2/2010), I was involved in a performance for my cca at Princess Elizabeth Primary School, which is just opposite from my school. I still remember that I was supposed to take a class test on that day but I missed it. The test started at 12.15pm, which lasted for 40mins, and I returned to school at exactly 12.15pm. I thought it was supposed to start at 12pm, but to my surprise, it started at a later time! However I still could not make it in time for it and Common Test was due next week (from point of view on 18/2)! By the way, Common Test lasted from 22 Feb to 26 Feb and yes, I finished my Common Test today!! It was a tough one, but it ended finally! =D

This is the end of this blog post! Another post may come when I'm not burdened by many things!

By the way, i'm still watching Kateyo Hitoman Reborn! It is an excellent anime or manga which is funny and cute! Besides that, did you hear of a band from Germany? It is Tokio Hotel, which someone was crazy over it~~ There were a pair of twins in it, together with 2 other members, forming a band together.
